Privacy policy
This policy describes current behaviour of the product as built.
What we collect
Anonymous usage events: searches, store and offer views, code reveals, outbound clicks, and worked / didn't-work reports. These are tied to a rotating client-generated session identifier stored in your browser, not to your identity.
Account data, if you choose to create an account: your email address, an optional display name, your country and currency preference, your favorites, your alerts and your newsletter preference.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment details or basket contents. We never see what you buy at a merchant — only that a click left our site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
Usage events feed CouponsView Confidence and ranking. If shoppers report that a code failed, that signal has to reach the score, otherwise the site would keep recommending a broken offer.
Account data exists so favorites, alerts and country preferences follow you between devices.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage for your session identifier, your country preference and your sign-in session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Affiliate networks you are forwarded to may set their own cookies to attribute a referral. That happens on their domain, under their policies.
Your choices
You can browse the entire catalogue without an account. Signing in is optional.
You can delete any alert or favorite at any time, and you can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Data storage
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so account records are readable only by the account that owns them. Server credentials are never exposed to the browser.
